Thanks for using Youth Day. This page explains how the app works and how to get help.
Youth Day shows the schedule for the event and helps you find where to be. It loads the latest schedule automatically over the internet, so make sure you have a connection when you open it. At the end of the event you may see an optional, anonymous feedback survey.
The schedule looks empty or out of date.
The app downloads the schedule each time it opens. Check that your device has
an internet connection, then fully close and reopen the app to refresh.
I’m seeing the wrong group or activities.
Open Settings inside the app and confirm your selected view. Your
choice is saved on your device until you change it.
The survey won’t submit.
Submitting requires an internet connection. If it fails, check your
connection and tap Submit again. The survey is optional.
How do I update the app?
Updates are delivered through the App Store. Open the App Store app, search
for Youth Day, and tap Update if one is available.
